I have been diagnosed with major treatment resistant depression and sucidal ideation also a alcoholic. Sucidal ideation and alcohol both stopped after first treatment. None of my doctors before could help me. I was told all options were exhausted. Had to find them on my own and I'm so glad I did. I have been very informed about what they were gonna do and how it works. They saved my life. Had to pay upfront but insurance is going to reimburse.

The infusions were fantastic, and I credit them and the maintenance prescription with jumpstarting my continued improvements in mental health. It is extremely expensive but I can't say whether or not it's competitive with similar clinics. It can be difficult to get in contact with someone at the office at times, but I think they're improving. Allow time for refill requests to go through if they issue you a prescription.

I am suffering from deep depression. It took a lot for me to seek help. After scheduling my first appointment online, I was not able to get a hold of anybody from the office to confirm my initial appointment and get my questions answered. I called 5 times and left 2 voice mails and they never got back to me. They do not seem to care about people who are suffering. I feel discouraged about seeking help because it hurts to feel ignored and abandoned when I finally had the courage to take a step forward for my mental health. This is a red flag. If you treat your new patients this way then I couldn’t imagine how you treat your existing patients. I’m not going to waste my money with this clinic. I will take my business elsewhere.

Professional, kind and accommodating - the patient comes first. Nick truly cares for and is dedicated to helping his patients. Lisa has been so helpful in setting up appointments (helped me to set up my first appt. same day), and also truly cares about the patients coming in. I've recommended this office to so many already; if you're looking for help you should absolutely give them a call.

Going to West Michigan Ketamine clinic was probably the best decision I've ever made for myself. The medical professionals there are all very thorough in my treatment, personable and kind. The treatment I've received there has greatly improved the overall quality of my life!
