The referral department is so dysfunctional that getting a referral processed after visiting a provider is sometimes impossible. They don’t respond to voice messages. I’ve also walked into the office twice to ask them to process the referral and they still mess it up including sending a referral for the wrong body part. This is the third time I’ve had to invest significant amounts of time chasing up referrals. This time I’ve been at it for 2 months and still haven’t received my referral. Each time there’s yet another excuse or problem.

The WORST! They billed my sister $200 for a Covid test back in 2021…. Luckily our insurance got involved and cleared it up. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for my mom’s last visit and they AVOID sending the bill over to her insurance, so that we pay out of pocket. One time they lost one of my samples as well… Go somewhere else.

Really bad organization and communications. I went by last year and got a physical. They recommended prescription, but the pharmacy called me to say they had a question about the prescription and the doctor's office wouldn't respond. The Pharmacy eventually cancelled the prescription because Victory Medical wouldn't contact them about it. I went back recently for a PCR test. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to get a result. I've called multiple times, right now I've been on hold for 2 hours and they are about to close even though I have been waiting for 2 hours for an answer. I can't get a response. My pharmacy couldn't get a response. This place is poorly run, I recommend going anywhere but here.

I have called 7 times, sent 2 emails, and completed a chat with the online robot. It has been over two weeks and I still cannot get anyone to call me back. And each time I call, I sit on hold for initial contact for at least 20min.- just to talk to an operator. All I need is my prescription called in to a different pharmacy- this is ridiculous. I am a nurse, and this is HORRIBLE patient care. No wonder my last two providers are already gone. I will be gone soon as well.

Worst experience of my life! Its my first time writing any review as they didn’t give me any other choice. My doctor didn’t collect the samples well for my pep smear so office called me and asked me to come back and give the sample again. I specifically asked her if I have to pay for that repeat pep smear and she clearly said NO. I went there for my appointment and they were trying to charge me for that office visit. This was not the first time they were false charing me and my husband. I had to talk to talk to them multiple times to take that down. Then after a month I received bill from the lab for $110. I was literally calling them every other day and they keep on rotating me from one department to another. In 3 months I had no luck connecting with the billing department. No call back from people even after multiple requests. Worst than what one can imagine for a bad communication. Finally after yelling at them clinic manager Aneesa was there to help me. After 2 months and multiple emails and calls she finally told me she spoke with the lab and I don’t have to worry about the bill anymore. I made my mind to never go back to this horrible system ever again. After a month I received a letter from a debt collector for the same bill that she told me she has taken care of and that I don’t have to worry about that anymore. This was first time ever in my life I received any debt collection letter. I couldn’t have paid it in time if she would have told me about it. It was a pathetic way of handling any issue. Even now when I have been calling her for last 3 days she is not ready to talk to me. Every time I call her, her subordinates pick up the call and tell me she is busy with someone and they can pass the message to her. I have requested for call back on urgent bases but no call back for days. This is my first experience of this kind so wanted to inform people not to go to this horrible horrible place. Please don’t go to them unless you want to have this kind of experience.
