Sara with Uncharted Healthcare is such a breath of fresh air. My previous providers made me feel more like a number and not a human and it was refreshing to have a provider that actually takes the time to listen to you and genuinely cares. I felt very comfortable with the Doctor. She really did deep to figure out what my true issues were before making a proper diagnosis. She spent a lot of time with me going over all of the details. I'm so happy I have found a nearby Healthcare that truly tries to find the root cause of a problem and not just pills as band aids.
Was recovering from a bad cold and came in for IV therapy for immunity, was taken care of in the best most utmost matter and with my needs met lickity split. Nurse got my IV in first try and didn’t feel a thing. She repeatedly came in to check on me and how fast my fluid were dripping. After the appointment, she checked my vitals again and made sure i was able to safely drive home. Best practice i’ve ever been to
