I've used Town & Country for our special compounding needs these last 2 years. They are an exemplary pharmacy in terms of quality, price, services and staff.. Just yesterday 08/29/2023, I'm delighted to offer high praise for Jesus (Pharmacy Tech). He came to the rescue, when it appeared that my doctor's electronic RX might be missing. Disappointing experience with this pharmacy. Not recommend until they work out serious issues they now have. They are overwhelmed with a new software system and could not send my prescription out as promised and which i needed next day delivery due to acute illness. They promised to deliver today. I called for tracking number but they screwed up and never sent it out. It wouldn’t have been sent at all if I had not called. If you use them call repeatedly. VM not returned so repeated calls work best. They claim I will get my urgently needed meds for acute illnesses tomorrow. I will update the review with the outcome.

I recently encountered an issue with obtaining my prescription in time for a business trip. Jesus could not have been nicer or more empathetic. He genuinely listened to and understood the concerns of my situation and then provided excellent patient service by ensuring the refill of my prescription would be expedited so that I could pick it up the night before my flight. I was so grateful for Jesus’ understanding and actions. Unfortunately and sadly, good customer/patient service is something that’s hard to come by nowadays. Thank you so much again, Jesus, for actually helping me instead of telling me there’s nothing you can do. Often times there IS something that can be done; people just have to want to help each other 😊 Kudos to you! And the pharmacist who also understood my situation and decided to help! 😊

The Town and Country Pharmacy staff and pharmacists are absolutely wonderful to deal with! They have compassion and had the ingredients needed to compound my pets urgent prescription right away. The current compound pharmacy that I go to told me that it would take 4-5 days because they had 20 orders ahead of mine. In the future I would like to use this pharmacy and highly recommend it for excellent customer service. The Woman who took my pet cats information was very kind and compassionate. She is a pleasure to deal with! Thank you to her and the pharmacist for your kindness and consideration. I highly recommend Town and County Pharmacy!
