Reviews
My experience at Ketamine clinic was fantastic. The psychiatrist care was extraordinary. All nurses were very caring , professional, and sensitive. They understood very well that their patients are going through hell. I felt safe because I was surrounded by a great team of professionals. The treatment is expensive, my credit card was in a coma, but other clinics charging at least 100 CAD more. Ketamine treatment is life saving treatment. Mine for sure. Thank you Justin for opening this incredible clinic and having the best team.
ADDENDUM: The Toronto Ketamine Clinic has responded to my review, on Thanksgiving weekend, 2021. If they did send a response to my referring doctor -- my family doctor of over twenty years -- it must have been in the past week, to do damage control for my negative and truthful review. My doctor made the referral at the beginning of May, 2021. This is the second week of October. She has told me repeatedly and recently, that she finds it "strange and surprising" that the Toronto Ketamine Clinic never offered any kind of a response to her referral. The fact that they can add dishonesty and obfuscation to the other concerns about this clinic which I've described below, should serve as a further warning to prospective clients about the absence of integrity they might expect from this operation. PLEASE SEE BELOW, my ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would not recommend the Toronto Ketamine Clinic. I reached out to them through the contact form on their website four months ago. I received a prompt reply and exchanged a couple of emails with someone who is presented on the website as one of the founders of the clinic. When I expressed an interest in the clinic’s program, I was encouraged to have my doctor fill out the referral form and send it in. There was no indication that the clinic wasn’t operating or that no one would ever get back to me. My family doctor completed the referral form and faxed that along with relevant details pertaining to my personal medical history, to the clinic. I have emailed them three times in as many months, to confirm that they received the referral. There has been no response of any kind. Meanwhile, I do not know who has access to my information or what they’ve done with it. If this were any other type of a service, the lack of response would simply be unprofessional. But the fact that their prospective clients are patients who suffer from conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, makes the lack of follow-up utterly irresponsible. This level of indifference does not bode well for the patient care experience you should expect from their treatment program. There are other great clinics out there. I would instead put my trust and money in one of those.
