My Ketamine infusion for anxiety was interupted 3 times at the start as I was slipping into the dream state. I have read up on it and according to the information I have received the environment should be quiet and peaceful. There was also loud talking outside the door which was very distracting. It was a terrible experience. After addressing it with Alyssa, the Owner, she offered me a complimentary infusion. This would be replacing my 6th because I had followed a 5 appointment plan already last year. I made an appointment to go next week with the receptionist because Alyssa didnt call me back. Twice. Today I got a message the treatment was ‘cancelled’. No explanation was given. I guess her fairness wore off. I was going to pay $250 unexpectedly, which is half of the $500 treatment cost because I’m a nice person and not because I should. But now I’m cancelling them. There are plenty of other places to go to. And how can I trust their service will improve? I’m out $500 for bad service, but I’m sure Im not alone. Its become hectic and disorganized there. 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

This place is amazing! I had weight loss surgery last year and have struggled to get enough fluid in to stay hydrated. The Wellness Drip saved me! Being able to receive fluids and vitamins whenever I need them at a pretty affordable price was a huge relief, on top of that the customer service is stupendous! The ladies that work their are so kind, respectful, conscientious, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable both physically and emotionally. The atmosphere is like you are going to the Spa! I can not say enough good things about my multiple experiences going to the Wellness Drip!

I want to take a moment to share some of my appreciation for this business right in our home town! The Wellness Drip has become one of my favorite places to visit regularly. The staff there have helped me overcome some obstacles and hurdles to achieve my overall health goal. I am always looking forward to being informed on new products or simply just having a conversation on new ways to continue to be healthy.
