Extremely impressed with the overall visit. As soon as you walk in the doors, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. They took the time to speak with me. Not making me feel like I was bothering them. Charlse Maddix is AMAZING! You feel like he legit cares for you. You actually feel he truly wants to help you. He took the time to listen to me and did not make me feel rushed. I'm looking forward to working with him to become the best version of me . He is the first one in years to make me feel like it's actually going to happen. So ready to go on the journey of healing. I highly recommend Charlse Maddix and the intire office.

Dr. Maddix is great! He knows everyone is different and have different needs, he is honest and really listens to my feedback. Great team, Charles is a great practitioner. He's very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. He has gone above and beyond in helping me and my family, he also takes care of my parents, and I wouldn't trust them with anyone else. He really cares and listens. Front desk staff is rude. Twice I've witnessed other patients sitting in the waiting room waiting over an hour for their appointment because Dr. Maddox hadn't even shown up yet. When they ask the woman, Maria, for assistance she says that Dr. Maddox is always late and she can try to text him. I loved Stormy but when I got the notification that she had left The Practice, I wasn't willing to put up with the rude front desk staff, Maria and James.

I’ve been going to The Practice for over 7 years now!! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Maddix the entire time. He’s been the best doctor that I’ve ever had and has remained a constant part of my mental health and stability. I always refer my friends and family to him because I know they’ll be in good hands. Often times it feels like a revolving door at doctors office visits but with Dr. Maddix I feel like he truly listens to me, understands me and always looks out for my best interests!
