After seeing other counselor I think I have found the one for me. They ask for my opinion on how my meds are working which is greatly appreciated. Every one is friendly and flexible with my work schedule.

Restore, compassionate care is the most helpful, caring, very polite staff I have never had a bad experience with any of them. They are always there when I need them the most, and I’ve been to quite a few other counseling agencies that I’m not gonna mention because they didn’t do what everybody. Else told me couldn’t be done everyone has always gave up on me, but restore, compassionate care has never gave up and always tells me what I need to hear not what I want to hear. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking help with any mental health issues they’re having because. It works and I never thought I would want to do counseling once a month but now I do counseling once a week because it helps me be the man I need to be so I can help others whenever I’m giving a chance to. I hope this helped you because they helped me thank you everyone on the restore, compassionate care, team, doctors, nurses, nurse, nurse, practitioners, counselors, everyone there that has a role in the daily functions there I appreciate everything you guys have done for me and I hope this helps someone else decide where they want to do their mental health

The doctor and staff are amazing! Very helpful and I would definitely recommend their services. My son is Autistic and the compassion and understanding was unbelievable. It felt good to be able to have my be treated by such wonderful people.

Unprofessional, rude, self-centered staff with extremely poor communication and mental health services. A private practice that is obviously more concerned about MAKING MONEY OFF PATIENTS than providing care or "compassion" for patients. I would give this business -100 stars. This place should not be in business. **Please, if you need mental health care, do not waste time or money going here. Seek out Cleveland Clinic professionals that will properly diagnose and care for you** PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT! Staff should all be embarrassed to work for this place. Send me a letter 3 times saying you're kicking as a patient? K BET, YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME OR MY MONEY AGAIN

I was a patient here for 9 months. I tried every "psychiatrist" they have on staff and saw Cindy Zeisler. ALL are not worth the time or money. They are disorganized, rude, late or absent, dismissive and have only made my mental health worse in the last 9 months by throwing me on random medications with no follow up on if they were even right. UNPROFESSIONAL AND GREEDY. SAD EXCUSE FOR A MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTION. DO BETTER
