Secretary is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Both times I’ve called for assistance/cancellations he was very mean and inconsiderate. I always leave here feeling as though I was not listened to, and I always feel shut down and dismissed at this practice. Makes me lose faith in the mental health care system.

Long lasting changes in my thought patterns from the treatments + therapy before and afterwards. Comfortable space, they have great counselors available on site as well. Dr. Ferguson was more than accommodating and prompt when it came to filling prescriptions. I genuinely don't think a lot of these negative reviews reflect the experience I had in any way or feel warranting of a 1 star rating. But that's just me.

Is unethical too kind? I went to my initial appointment for treatments and was struck down by my insurance. I left multiple messages trying to get the authorization for two months and no one called me back. I finally, on my own got the insurance approval and got a call from the office the same day. I went for 6 weeks of treatments, heavy duty treatments, with no one singular appointments by Dr. Ferguson to see if it helped, if progress was made. I could have been suicidal and no one would've known with no follow-up. The treatments weren't good for me and I stopped months ago. Again, no phone call. I'm a therapist myself and it is unconscionable that I haven't heard from anyone. The only time someone has called me was when money is involved. If all you're looking for is medication with no care to how you respond to it, this is the place for you.

From the initial consultation with Dr Ferguson, I knew that I was placing my care in very capable and compassionate hands. I am actually in remission from depression for the first time in years. Nothing has been dictated to me, I have been an active partner in my medical treatment and the results have surpassed my hopes. She is brilliant, empathetic and devotes her entire attention to me when I speak to her. The clinical and office staff work to her high standards and help make even tedious treatments a positive experience.

I haven't spoken to Dr. Ferguson, so this is more of a review about the office- I've been interested in TMS/ Spravato (Ketamine) treatments for depression and saw on the TMS page that NYSHIP was accepted. I filled out the intake form and sent it over and received a call that my insurance was not accepted, I wish more information was provided and I feel like I wasted my time filling out paperwork for absolutely no reason. :( I asked what the cash price would be and I'm waiting for a call back, but I'm sure it's unaffordable.
