Before coming to Propel, I felt stuck. My father had passed a few months prior and hadn’t had the chance to grieve, so I thought. I was reluctant to start the journey with Propel and even cancelled but started a few weeks later and I am glad I did. Everyone has their own journey but once you are ready to do the work, this has been the best outcome out of everything that I have tried. This Monday, I finished my 6 week course of treatment and I will be back for maintenance because I love the feeling that I have with this treatment. Great staff, they are all so kind and welcoming, even though I was only there for six weeks, I felt like I had been going there for years. I highly recommend Propel if you choose to go down this path. Good Luck!

Propel Therapeutics is in the process of salvaging my life. Depression, crippling anxiety, self doubt, insomnia and PTSD left me being nothing more than a moving shell of a human being. The ketamine treatments, paired with the kindness most down to earth friendly staff (feels wrong to simply call these angels “staff”) and immersive comforting magical environments, have actually changed my life in a matter of weeks. Session one I came in a bundle of nerves, so afraid to even talk to the wonderful doctors and nurses. After the treatment, I felt so at ease, and wasn’t afraid to talk candidly to them. Session two, the social anxiety that has weighed down my entire life from the pre-teen era seemed to have almost melted completely away. I was confronted with challenges during my second session and made drastic breakthroughs. Literally two days after the second session my best friend, aunt, and hair stylist made comments that my personality seemed different and my “eyes are so much more relaxed”. I completed session four today and I am so amazed at this healing process. I no longer take sleep aids, I am able to live “in the moment” and enjoy social activities, I’m exercise more patience and meditative mindsets. I could go on for days and days. This treatment is so fascinating and healing. Don’t be afraid to reach out, it could change your entire life. Propel does it differently. During my obsessive research I saw many sterilized environments, white wash rooms with bright lighting, uncomfortable seating, no eye masks or music (the music is absolutely amazing by the way!!). Those places plug you in and get you on your way. Not propel. You connect with a wonderful doctor, get settled in absolute comfort, paired with a gentle eye mask and amazing music, and sent on your journey. Once completed, you and your doctor talk of your experience and decipher the messages uncovered during treatment. It’s personal and so well thought out. You go in for an entire experience. I’m forever grateful I found these wonderful people and this treatment. I’ve felt hope for the first time, possibly ever. (I only took a couple little pictures as to not invade the privacy of the office)
