I have nothing but good things to say. From the first email I sent them to picking up my prescription. I was looking for somewhere to help me with an overseas prescription for ivf drugs, I had no idea. Other companies I emailed were not helpful at all. No, not Zen, It was like Zen Pharmacy took my hand and said, "Come on, we got this...." Thank you very much to your staff for all their help and I will not hesitate to use you again or recommend.

I have ordered from Zen three times. Twice they shipped to the US for me. They use next day shipping and pack the refrigerated meds with cold packs so everything arrived cold. Also, it is so easy to place an order via WhatsApp. Order placed Monday night, meds arrived Wednesday!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Disgusting service by the pharmacist and the other 2 staff working there. Wanting to take £100 for an inhaler. Read your guidelines and understand that this was an emergency and you could have issued this to me (given that it Is on my repeat prescription). I was short of breath and my chest was tight. There was not a local a&e close by. You didn’t even check the system to look at my records. Just interested in taking £100 plus rx fee for something that costs less than £10. Should be ashamed of yourselves!

Impeccable services. I’ve ordered some important medicines I couldn’t find elsewhere in London. They responded to every email instantly and adjusted few times the quotation with a very easy Apple Pay link. They wanted to send the delivery the same day but I wasn’t available, hence next day in the morning it was at my door. The delivery was at no extra cost. They’ve made the whole process very smooth and professional, as it should be.
