I have never had a problem with Dr. Pinson, he has always been great! However, most of the rest of the staff aren’t. They never answer their phones or return phone calls. They filled out the wrong paperwork for a pre authorization. I have been on the phone with my insurance company who said they filled out the wrong form. They faxed them the correct form but they still had not filled it out. They sent me a link to leave my opinion and I did. I got a phone call back from a woman running the office and said she didn’t appreciate my reply and that I can find someone else. If you don’t want the truth of how I feel then don’t ask for it. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and they also called my insurance company a liar saying they did not fill out the wrong form when in fact they did. I also seen one time while I was there an elderly lady patient that was needing to use the restroom. They refused to let her use it. The woman became upset and let everyone know that if she accidentally used the restroom on herself that she was sorry but it would be the staff’s fault. Dr. Pinson should hire a new staff!!!

I’m so grateful to have found Lori, she goes above and beyond in listening and truly wanting to help. She takes time to connect and have real conversations which is a lost art in many medical practices these days. Highly recommend.
