Very disappointed in Dr. Dallas and his team. I originally reached out about a medical concern at the end of February and twice in March, and still have not gotten a response from him (it is now the end of June). I spoke to one nurse and she said it can take at least 30 days for him to respond to messages in the portal (major flag). Thanks to other doctors, I now have a surgery scheduled this week that would have gone untreated had I waited for someone from this practice to at least check in, especially after sending him mutiple updates since my diagnosis. Isn't that what a PCP is for? Please look elsewhere for your own health and safety.
My son in law was just there for monoclonal antibody infusion. His IV wasn’t flowing very well when the staff member came in to check she stated “this hasn’t went down much” and SQUEEZED the IV bag. Then left the room. His IV then infiltrated and they continued to let the Iv run and told him to hold his arm with his hand down to get it to flow. He stated he couldn’t hold his arm in that position for the entire time so they did get him a pillow. They complained that he was dehydrated and so it took them 3 tries to get Iv placed, they stated he was to sweaty so the tape wouldn’t stick. By the time they came back in to turn Iv off the blood had back flowed through most of the IV tubing. His hand and arm are huge due to the lack of competency in this office. His wife and I are both nurses and we are disgusted by the treatment he received. This was his first time have anything done like this and this experience will cause it to be impossible to get him to trust in the medical field.
My wife had a great experience there and felt better the next day after the infusion. We think it helped so much that when my grandfather with dementia was struggling with covid we took him up for the infusion. The fact that they are busy says alot but they noticed he needed fluids as well, they took the time even with thier tight schedule being at risk. The nurses were very patient with him and explained everything to us. THIS STAFF STILL HAS COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE and thats getting less and less common with the stress of this pandemic. Great job Dr. Dallas for hiring great people to represent your practice. We appreciate everything you guys do being on the front lines every day.
Thank you so very much Dr. Dallas. Not only did you call us at home at 7 p.m. on a Friday evening, but you made sure that your staff (Crystal) called us on Saturday and we were seen that afternoon for our injections for COVID-19. We are grateful and blessed by your caring professional practice which is a rarity nowadays. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF. We will never forget our positive experience.......And thanks to you, we recovered fully.
Both my husband and I had the monoclonal antibody infusion here and it was a great experience. Jamie at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Crystal who schedules the infusions was very quick to call back and get us on the schedule right away. The MA's and nurses (sorry ladies, I didn't get your names!) that took our vitals and started the IV were also very professional, caring and friendly. They checked in us several times during the infusion to make sure we were doing ok. Great job Opus!
