I am so thankful there is a ketamine clinic near me! I thought i would have to go to Chicago or New York to get treatment. I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to spend $3,000 on something that may or may not help me, but I'm really glad that I put the cost of this therapy aside and went for it. I have been struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and BPD for my entire life. Ketamine infusions have been the only thing that has actually helped me. My anxiety is gone, depression is basically non-existent, and the suicidal thoughts have vanished! I have found it easier to use positive self talk when before I wasn't able to think highly of myself in any way at all. The toxic messages that have been playing in my mind for many years aren't in the foreground of my mind anymore. Now, I can focus on self love, confidence, and building myself up much easier than I ever have been able to! I haven't had many BPD episodes, but when I have I've been able to talk myself through them and calm down. I have never been able to help myself through any of my episodes before, I usually end up getting sucked deep into the pain. I have noticed such tremendous growth and change within myself, it's absolutely amazing and brings me tears of joy! I have been at my breaking point for years constantly struggling with my mental health, but now I truly feel like I am free and on a path of actual healing.
