Reviews
I was initially very nervous about starting therapy and had already been having a hard time finding a practice with all of the mixed reviews. The staff at MedPsych reached out to me quickly after I requested an appointment. They were very kind and put me at ease by answering all of my questions and explaining in detail everything I needed to know prior to my first appointment. Overall, my experience so far has been very pleasant, and the provider was very kind. I look forward to continuing my care with MedPsych and would recommend them to anyone looking for mental health care
Dr. Rosse is very approachable and professional he gets 5 stars. My daughter is currently seeing Ms. Judith Walker and likes her so that's plus. My daughters have been helped by the professional at this practice and for that I am so thankful. The 3 stars is mainly for the administrative side of the practice. The negatives are online appointments need to be followed up with calls or they might not happen. You have to come in for some med prescription refills. You don't always get a person when you do call....mostly a recording. One of my daughter's first appointment was double booked for the same therapist and the therapist was late by 30 minutes.😜.
My experience over the years at Medpsych has been terrific. Dr Rosse has been a pivotal role in my recovery and has given me my life back. The customer service is exceptional. I always have received promt, accurate, and caring help. It is by far the best customer service I have received by any company. A truly great place.
If I could give zero stars I would. I initially met with a provider back in September to prescribed me medication for flight anxiety. I don't need to see a psychiatrist regularly but do need to see one occasionally in order to keep that prescription filled. He scheduled a follow-up appointment for October which I put on my calendar. I never received a link for the appointment and he never showed up in the old link that we had use for a previous session, I never got any notification that the appointment was canceled or otherwise rescheduled. I reached back out in January for an appointment in February for a follow-up. I was traveling and had never been informed of the policy that I had to be in my home state in order to be seen. Therefore the provider showed up, and in a very rude way told me I couldn't be seen and then ended the call without any apology or clarification of the policy. I immediately called the front desk and requested to change providers because between that and the no-show in October I was done. The front desk told me they needed to put in a request which my current provider needed to approve before they could set me up with a new provider. This conversation was on Feb 9th. I called again on the 13th to check on the request and was told that it hadn't been approved yet but he (same person I spoke to before) would check on it. Today (the 16th) I received a voicemail requesting a call back so I assumed I had been assigned a new provider. When I did call back the person I spoke to, a different person, told me that no requests have been put in on the 9th and it looks like the request had actually been put in on the 15th. So now I am having to wait an extra week to be assigned a provider because they didn't put the request in on the day that I requested it. I asked to speak with somebody in management or a supervisor to see what could be done to expedite the process and the person refused to allow me to speak to anybody else in the office. The experience I had with the provider was pretty awful and the experience today with the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. Absolutely do not use this company.
Veronica Bradford was a lovely therapist but trying to get appointments scheduled is nearly impossible due to the receptionist Atiq who doesn’t return phone calls, emails, and refuses to allow you to speak to anyone else in the office when he doesn’t know the answers to questions. After trying for months to get back in with Ms Bradford, I’ve finally written this review. I don’t know if he is the family member of someone in that office but he really needs to find a new line of work. I can literally see his actions being the catalyst of some patients demise Also these 5 star reviews are fake. They aren’t even creative enough to make up last names that aren’t different from the doctors in the practice. Some of these accounts are clearly relatives of people at the practice and not patients.
