I have been coming to this office for 6 years now. I have never had any issues with staff or getting the medical care/medications I need. The staff is all very friendly and inviting! From the time I check in to the time I walk out the door it’s nothing but pleasant! The providers take their time listening to me and checking in with me to ensure that my care plan is working. If you are looking for pain specialist (or wellness clinic) I highly recommend this office!

I was always so hesitant to go to a pain clinic. I thought they were just going to push narcotics at me - or not give me the ones that consistently worked! Neither is the case. This is a great office with a great staff! They have a reliable and friendly communication style and they have helped me find a way through my life-long chronic and debilitating pain. They have so many methods to help cope! I am so glad I came! I know they deal with a lot of difficult, struggling patients, but they still treat us all like human beings — not just a patient chart!

I love Dr Klim and all of his staff especially the nurse practitioners Haley & Emily. Kyle is one of my favorites too. The girl at the window that always checks me as well. They’re always so welcoming to me & they’re always happy to see me! I’ve been going here for many years and I’m glad I found an awesome doctor with a great staff to help me continue my journey in Recovery!!!

Dr. Klim provides the best care you can ask for. He listens as if he cares and is open minded. Always willing to think outside the box to help me. The nurses Hailey and Emily are awesome! Always very nice and helpful. The other nurses are so helpful too! They have an option to text the office with any questions and I really love that! I no longer have to go hours and days waiting for a response. Meg and Ashley at the front desk are usually first to respond to my questions, and always greet me with a smile when I come in. Out of all the offices I have to go to for all my issues, I actually look forward to seeing the cheerful staff each month!

I have been to several pain clinics around central Indiana, and Medical Pain and Spine Care is by far the best. Dr. Klim is the most down-to-Earth and open-minded doctor I have ever met. He (and the other providers) give each patient personal attention and the care they need no matter their issue(s). They always have ideas for even the most difficult of cases. All of the staff are personable and 100% professional. The environment is professional and welcoming to everyone (as pain patients I know that can seem impossible to find). The rooms and equipment are top notch. If you have had bad experiences at other pain clinics, trust that Medical Pain and Spine Care will be like a breath of fresh air and they will help you the best they can.
