Honestly very well services for my 1st visit. The Dr. I have is absolutely great. Explained everything in a calm, mattered way. I felt comfortable around her. She helped with issues I was dealing with.thank Dr.Golla
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PERSON!!! Their only concern is money. I told them my secondary insur is Medicaid. They never even bothered to check. Since I didn’t have my card yet I had to pay oop. When I couldn’t make the payment they refused to see me. I already $900 a month for health care. My doctor has changed so many times in 2 months idek who my dr is. My appt time was changed without them even telling me. The last dr I had has terrible reviews for botched circumsicions. I’ll def be calling a different doctor Monday. Receptionist are nice though.
New to this location but was fit in so quickly. I was in so much pain and the staff got me back and ready to be seen within minutes of checking in. Dr. Alvarez and his assistant were so incredibly kind and helpful. They were super patient and caring the entire appointment. I couldn’t recommend them enough for how amazing they were.
Unfairly and Most hurtful Experience in my life : Of Women's Care for this Particular Reason: This Docter Name : Jeffrey Perretz. He used to take care of me up until I was 4 months pregnant. He was my OBG. Who would provide me insulin and .Check my baby's heart rate. Until One Day he decided to Leave me out of his Care and kick me Out the facility. for no good Reason When I still need it a lot of care. i am still a diabetic high risk Patient. For which he did not Care"And I didn't even talk to his boss about the Situation or ask if i can at least Switch doctors Instead Doctor Perezts puts himself in charge and kick me out forever " From that place "Now It's been 16 months for I already gave birth To my first baby almost didnt Make it at birth due to very little care With High Preclamsia with no Docter No insulin provided and vitamins and Medicines at that time. I called the office at 3:57pm today and requested to cancel/reschedule an appointment I have for the next day. The front desk receptionist answered the phone and pretended as if she was going to assist me and then the minute the clock hit 4pm she all of a sudden mentioned that she couldn’t “hear” me and hung up on my face. Ironically I called back seconds later and was forwarded to the answering machine and was then advised the office was closed. What the young lady did was intentional and disrespectful and she is beyond lucky I didn’t get her name. Because if I did, i would’ve made it my business to escalate the issue to her respective manager or boss. Because of that experience I am leaving this review.
