My prescription was called in on a Wednesday. I called on Saturday to check on it and was informed that they hadn't gotten to it yet because they are busy with the other 500 prescriptions they receive each day (which isn't and shouldn't be, my problem). The lady I spoke to said the prescription would be ready to pick up on Tuesday. This is an important compounded medication that I need. On Tuesday afternoon, (the day it was supposed to be ready for pick up, I received a text notification that the brand of the prescription is on back order. It took them 6 days to figure this out and to notify me... not by phone to explore options, but by text.
My doctor referred me to Las Colinas Pharmacy and now it’s my favorite pharmacy in Dallas. I drive from East Dallas because I trust them. Great little shop and nice people too.
