Reviews
I was at the end of the road. I was losing myself and my life. I started reading about solutions for treatment resistant mental health disorders and ketamine therapy kept coming up. The science and the anecdotal evidence looked positive and it seemed that the people seeking treatment, and subsequently seeing the largest improvements, were people like me. I chose Klarisana based on the reviews. I was scared, both of what was going to happen but also, of what might not. Every person that I dealt with, from the initial consultation was wonderfully understanding and a breeze to work with. The six initial treatments varied from somewhat insightful and beautiful to downright terrifying. With that said, the negative only lasted for the moment and the positive effects were cumulative. After each treatment, I felt a little better, a little lighter, and a little more like myself. The staff is absolutely stellar. Big shout out to Noah. If you are considering ketamine, if you feel like traditional meds aren't getting it done or that you just don't know what else to do, please give Klarisana a chance. I feel better than I have in years. I'm present and less angry. I have motivation to put in the work. Most importantly, I'm back to being the husband and father that my wife and daughter deserve. Thank you, Klarisana.
2 weeks after first contact with Klarisana and paid $100 for intake appt and still not a phone call from the illusory intake coordinator who was supposed to get me in for my first round of treatments this week. It’s Monday and still no call. I did intake last weekday, told I’d hear back the same day to get scheduled. When I called on Friday to try and get appointment set the person answering seemed annoyed, told me the intake coordinator was busy with other calls and she would call me back (didn’t happen) I’m paying attention to the red flags and going elsewhere. Can’t imagine if I’d gone with this company, had a possible low point at home after being injected with this stuff, and actually needed some support. The initial experience I had with this company is a signal to me that it would be a mistake choosing Klarisana
If you’re Considering ketamine: go to Klarisana. This sounds like an ad but I promise it’s not. Klarisana had changed my life and I only have good things to say about it. I’ve been doing treatments for over a year and I’ve seen this amazing company grow. Everybody that works there is extremely nice and welcoming. Klarisana has changed my life completely. Before I was extremely suicidal, I would self harm and was in the brink of not existing anymore, no job no hobbies, no happiness. Each treatment I felt more like myself. A year later I’m so much happier and content with myself. I go to school now so I can have a career (never would have even applied) and in every way my mental state is better. I’m happier, I’m more energetic and I’m myself again. I have hobbies, wants and aspirations. Something I haven’t had for years. Klarisana itself (not the treatments) constantly seems to strive to be better. I’ve see their company grow so much since I’ve gone. They definitely care for their customers and try extremely hard to make sure everybody is comfortable/safe. They obviously care so much about the customer experience and have even upgraded rooms to make them more comfortable. (They even added an extra room) The staff is nice, knowledgeable and always makes me feel at ease. They will actually talk to you after treatments and happily listen to how it went. They never make you feel judged. TLDR: if you’re considering doing ketamine do it at Klarisana.
Klarisana staff is phenomenal and really inviting and chill, as for the treatment itself (speaking for myself) the experience of the therapy cannot be put in words…what I can say is for individuals who don’t like or don’t want to go with pills (and wait the 3-4 weeks to see if they will even work) this therapy will last one hour per session and you will know by your 3rd or 4th session if this will work for you. Again the staff is helpful and, if needed, will hand walk you through entire experience from beginning to end.
I was at the end of my rope with PTSD, Major Depression and Chronic Pain. Nothing prepared me for the profound experiences and shifts that each infusion generated. My wife went with me for the entire experience and she is an "avoid doctors at all cost" minded person. Even before we began the first infusion, she was "all in". Before treatment was complete she stated she was envious of me and she also wanted to have the treatment. I went to both the Klarisana offices (one in San Antonio and the other in Austin). ALL the people at Klarisana were warm, focused and very attentive of my every need. The shifts I've experienced and my wife has witnessed are too numerous to list in this review. I was recording before, during and after the infusions, so perhaps when I'm done video editing I can add a clip to the review here. Thank you, wonderful people of Klarisana for giving function and hope again!
