There are not enough good things I can say about Doc and the staff who complete this team. As someone who has been through a lot of medical trauma, I can promise you you are never treated as just a patient or medical record number here. The genuine care and concern for the patient is unmeasurable, and it's beyond obvious the passion involved in trying to help every patient receive the best care for the best outcome. When I tell you that they have saved my life, that is a literal statement. I had tried everything else and I was ready to end everything as nothing worked. This was my last hope, and it has given me the opportunity to find myself again as well as excitement for the future because there is one now. I trust them with everything inside of me, and I can talk to them as if they're family. I'm so blessed to have found KAT, and I truly wish everyone could experience this because I know it can change so many people's lives. ❤️

Doctor DePue is amazing. He was able to effectively diagnose and treat my issue. I finally have consistent pain relief. Friendly and courteous staff. I would highly recommend him.

I was told many times that successful ketamine treatment relies on the proper (mind) set and setting. In this regard, Keystone does an exceptional job. Of the former, being able to trust the folks at the clinic, for me, was crucial. That trust was established during my first contact with Amy, the clinic's point person regarding treatment information and logistics. Amy, with the positivity and patience of a saint, answered my every question. She was extremely helpful - every step of the way! * Further helping me achieve the right mindset was the support, encouragement and expertise of my technician (read, sherpa - a trusted guide for an incredible journey), Dan (2). Although Dan's knowledge and skill were large parts of my trust-development, it was his non-judgmental support, guidance and encouragement that transformed a medical procedure into a spiritual experience. To be sure, I must have been the most anxious patient he has ever worked with, but that never phased him. I could not have completed the treatments, or have had such rich, post-infusion debriefing experiences, without his sherpa-like skills. * Dr. DePue was similarly patient and relaxed with my anxiety and questions; be they pre or post treatment. I found his relaxed bedside manner to also be non-judgmental (and so refreshing). His appreciation of shared-decision further allowed me to relax with the process. * Regarding the setting: The physical environment is wonderful. Each room has its own theme; each with its own relaxed and comfortable vibe. You are thoroughly monitoring throughout the treatment and your support person can be seated right next to you if you like. Each room has a Bluetooth enable speaker allowing you to listen to whatever music/sounds you like as well as other sundries to keep you comfortable. The vibe of the clinic is extremely friendly and relaxed - certainly created to support the patient experience. * Regarding the actual ketamine experience: I found they had two components: The 'infusion experience' (mine allowed me to appreciate and see various life experiences on a new level...and much more) and the actual neuro-based effects of the medication (which probably saved my life). -- Kudos to Keystone for their great work; I am very grateful!

Wow! Where do I begin? I have suffered from severe, crippling anxiety and horrible depression for about 8 years now. I can't even begin to put a count on how many therapy sessions I've had and how many countless amounts of medications and combos I have tried. Not to mention, the many many many days of my life that have been stolen from me! I decided enough was finally enough and started to look into other alternative options than meds. Just at the same time a person I grew up with had posted his testimonial on these treatments and I was intrigued. Amy was wonderful explaining the process via phone when I inquired. I probably called back 6-8 times to ask more questions and she remembered me each time and happily answered my many questions. I was sold! I had to try this! Dr. DePue was very kind and very knowledgeable, answering my many additional questions and concerns. He explained everything so well and eased my mind. Dan is a phenomenal tech! I have now had four treatments and you can't even see any of the sites he placed the IV catheters in! And I always bruise when getting blood drawn and IVCs placed! I can't say enough good things about this place and the treatments! I feel so much better, have more energy and best of all, I feel like my brain is actually working and processing things properly for the first time in a very long time! I am very optimistic this will help long term so I can be there for my kids and enjoy watching them grow up! I highly recommend inquiring if you are just fed up with your mental health taking hold of your life!

5 stars is not a high enough rating for this office. The staff are some of the kindest people I've met, and they made me feel completely comfortable and validated from my first contact with them. The treatments truly worked wonders for me, and I feel better than I have since I can remember. The results I've achieved in 3 weeks of treatment are greater than the results of years of other therapies and medications. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone that struggles with mental health. If I could give 100 stars, I would. :)
