I have been suffering from a variety of injuries/illnesses/conditions for over 25 years. I was recommended to reach out to the staff at Ketamine Health Centers. All of my e mails, texts and calls were promptly answered by knowledgeable and compassionate individuals. Yesterday I had a Zoom Telehealth consultation with Dale Alice Block lasting about an hour. She took a thorough medical history and questioned me about my symptoms, depression, mania, delusions, anxiety, sleep and eating patterns, emotions, relationships, thoughts of harming myself and many more. She then went through the services that have been shown to help my situation. She was articulate, empathetic and quite optimistic that KHC’s could help me. She is a tremendous ambassador for the program. I can’t wait to get started and will add additional reviews updating my experience and progress.

Two years ago, my husband had a ketamine treatment here. It was more expensive than expected so we found a different ketamine center instead. For TWO YEARS, we've been trying to get them to submit the proper paperwork for partial insurance reimbursement. I've called them and so has my insurance company multiple times! They say they will, but they NEVER have! So now we aren't able to get any part of out $500 out of pocket cost. We don't have this problem with our new provider in Vero Beach.

The Ketamine infusions have definitely been life changing. HIGHLY recommend to everyone, especially those dealing with any severe mental health issues. This location is incredible and the staff, nurses and providers are all extremely attentive, care about the well-being of patients and are always friendly faces to see. They check on you during your treatment and always make you feel extremely comfortable, safe and welcomed. Again, I highly recommend visiting the office, even if just for a consultation. Amazing experience and incredible staff!

My experience at the West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center has been absolutely excellent! The staff is both professional and compassionate about helping their clients. They take the time to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during your infusion. I have tried several treatments for depression, and ketamine is by far the best. I would highly recommend The West Palm Beach Ketamine Health Center to anybody who is looking to have their first ketamine treatment.

My husbands Review of his experience::: I had high Hope's that this would work only to find out all insurance doesn't cover this at all. And with a $4,000 dollar price tag for 6 treatments it's not affordable to anyone. And after I told them I couldn't afford it they went down $1,000 dollars like a Car dealer and set up payment plans that eventually would pay off a price tag that could pay for a nice used car. If you live paycheck to paycheck like I do you will clearly see they do not care about you here at all. All the options they offer you are ridiculously priced and after seeing how they adjusted the price and payments it's very obvious they are commission based and any company that puts commission in front of a persons well being is not a company that is doing it for you.This is only about profit... I understand people have to pay the bills and employees need to be paid otherwise how can people live but there are many people out there that need treatments that can help them and the amount of people out there that need this should be a reason to keep the price affordable because the amount of people that could get helped would give them the quantity of people they need to pay their bills but they would rather get as much money from one person and have less customers and make more money unless people instead of making less money on more people to equal out the same amount so they don't have to work as many hours and help as many people into me that is not a mission that deserves recognition from an insurance company and I'm sure there are many reasons why the insurance companies are not paying for this and mostly because it is an alternative treatment but when you're dealing with depression that paralyzes you and put you into a deep dark State of Mind and their only concern is Commission then you know you're going to the wrong company and I bet you anything there are other ketamine research companies or treatment centers that will be much affordable so I will definitely be looking into other places and I suggest everybody else does too because this company clearly does not care about the well-being of a human and all they care about is their well-being and getting rich off of depression some people that can afford it only...They offered the nasal for and said my insurance would take it and then they got my Hope's up and to find out they were wrong
