Sweetest nurses ever. Kevin lent me his own eye mask to use during the infusions. This is my third clinic and these folks really, really care. Can’t recommend enough.

I am convinced this work is going to change the world. Today I received the progress notes from my 6 infusions and could not wait any longer to celebrate this amazing clinic and the data that shows how much progress I have made. I have suffered from depression over half of my life and attempted suicide 13 years ago. I got to the point where I was just trying to make it through each day and was never really thriving or living even though I was on medication and in therapy. After completion of my infusions I can say I am living again and loving every minute. Not only was this treatment life changing for me, others around me notice a difference as well. I am so thankful to the team, especially Kevin and Julian (my favorite) for their wonderful care and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

I just left one of my infusions and felt the need to credit some of the staff I’ve come to know. I was having a rough day today and came to my infusion late and in tears. Edith took the time (as she always does) to calm me down before starting the infusion. It meant a lot to me that despite being late, she was able to find & manage the time that she has to split with other patients, to talk me into a better headspace before starting. Julian is another amazing asset to this team. Like Edith, Julian has always dedicated the time to answer all my incessant questions. He has even handed me post its as I exit with podcast recommendations to help me learn and understand how to get the most from my experiences there. William is another stand-out on this team. He seems to handle a lot of the front desk business, but I was blown away by his knowledge about the treatment that happens behind the desk. Per usual, I had a million questions and concerns before starting the treatment, but he answered them all and put me at ease. He also always follows through when he says he will call, send links, etc. Sadly, this level of customer service is no longer realistic as an expectation, so when I cross paths with teams that do what they say they’ll do, have integrity, & exemplify an admirable work ethic, I try to always express my appreciation. This is a thank you to them as well as an assurance to others like me. Depression is crippling enough already. If you have the energy to fight it, use it to battle the depression, don’t waste it in a battle with poor customer service.

A near-miracle treatment with a fantastic staff. Can’t beat that! Everything done is gently and respectfully. The actual infusions are powerful and effective, and the dose can be changed (to a limited extent) on the fly. Staff is knowledgeable and caring, they actually remember you and your stories. Almost all are great at inserting IVs. Just some people with dehydrated difficult sticks and rolling veins may have a harder time here. But still they try to minimize pain, getting help if things are too tough. I love the nurse staff. They are universally cool, and have had experienced the treatment you’re about to go through, so they can speak knowledgeably about it. Only disappointed is that there’s not a little more continuity of care between the staff - it would be nice sometimes to keep the same nurse throughout, but it is also great meeting ones you don’t know. Gets you a different perspective. It would also be nice if the person who catches you at the end, so to speak, would be consistent. Some integration therapy work at the end of the infusion would be stellar, truly stellar. Sort of just walking oneself out of the clinic cools down the positive feelings just a bit. But still I have brought a family member here after I had a such a good experience. It took about 12-13 treatments (a lot), but then I rocketed out of my depression faster than any type of depression treatment before. Thanks for everything you guys, I won’t forget you.

I was nervous about this. Deeply. Checked with my doctor and he hesitantly agreed I could try it. Cut to three weeks later: no more daily headaches, no more grinding my teeth at night, no more overwhelming sense of malaise or that sense that you are constantly overwhelmed by everyday tasks. I can go do a thing now! The staff is incredible. From the doctors to the nurses to the reception. They make you feel deeply at ease and will more than patiently answer any and all questions it concerns. You got a bit nauseous the first time? No problem! We will add in some nuclear grade anti nausea meds. Bit dehydrated! Saline! Fidgety? Pillows! Fans! Blankets! Juice! They are the nicest people you'll ever meet, deeply professional, extremely understanding. Unbelievably patient. Julian! Victoria! Denise! Part of me wanted to kidnap them all just to have that amazing energy around the house. Don't be nervous or skeptical. Do it. After the first session you have the feeling that you are waking up after a coma, excited and looking forward to things, happy to see friends and family. NORMAL! Side note: they've heard all the Pink Floyd jokes.
