I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Imagine Healthcare. I have struggled with severe type I bipolar disorder my entire life. As I have aged, my condition has worsened, with episodes becoming more intense and more mixed. Deep, debilitating depression, periods of intense dysphoric mania, episodes of psychosis, and constant dark, suicidal ideation became my life. My illness became more and more treatment resistant with conventional medications simply not working. ECT was very hard on my body and was effective only for a year or so. I honestly thought that all hope was lost until, at the recommendation of a friend, I spoke to Dr. Rachel Norris at Imagine and discussed ketamine infusion therapy. I wish I had done it years ago. Rachel and her team at imagine are more than just highly-trained and knowledgeable healthcare professionals. They are truly compassionate and caring people whose genuine passion for helping others shines through in everything they do, from the simplest of interactions, to the one-on-one treatment planning and follow-up care. Even the decor of the clinic has been carefully and meticulously designed to put patients at easy and help contribute to the therapeutic environment. Rachel, Chrissa, Heather, and Meaghan, are truly wonderful women. The very best in fact, and I am 100% confident in letting them manage my mental health treatment going forward. The treatments have been transformative for me so far. Literally no other treatment has helped me the way the ketamine infusions do. It's like night and day and I feel like I'm developing a new lease on life. I owe these wonderful women so much. I have tried about four or five different clinics. And I have to say hands-down this is the best clinic I have ever been too. From the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave, the staff make sure you are taken care of to the fullest extent. The entire stack was five and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and safe in the environment as well as working with you on your dosing and after care plan. There is truly no other clinic like this one. If I were to dream up the perfect clinic it would be this. Above and beyond five stars.
