I can't say enough, how grateful I am to have found H3O Wellness. I was hanging by a thread. I can't believe the difference in how I feel in just one month. I have fought with depression since I was very young, and it has worsened over the decades. I have tried numerous medications to no avail. Now, between the Spravato treatments and my medication, I feel much more balanced and the best I've felt for the first time in what seems to have been an eternity. I look forward to feeling even better about myself and my life.

I've been seeing Nicole for a bit over a year. She's the first provider who has actually taken the time to listen to me and adjust my medications as we went along. She didn't insist that the side effects that I was suffering were just part of my life now. My quality of life has changed significantly since seeing her and I'm very grateful !

I cannot even put into words how much just one treatment help me after surgery. I was severely dehydrated and in severe pain along with hopelessness. My body is saying thank you for the hydration and the pain is all but gone. It is truly remarkable and I recommended to everyone.
