So every time this pharmacy has called to let me know I need to pick up a prescription, they’ve told me they close at 5. I thought it was odd that their close time showed 5:30 outside their door and online. I asked the woman about it in person who sold me the prescription, the same one who left the voicemail, and she said they sometimes close early on Friday. I pointed out that she also said they close at 5 on Monday, and she smirked and kind of laughed, and apologized sarcastically. Pretty rude; I’ll transfer my prescription somewhere else that’s more reliable and professional. Edit: two other negative reviews made recently disappeared. Enovex, why not focus on improving your service instead of hiding your actions from customers?

The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the courier company delivering the prescription, but the pharmacy went above and beyond in helping me track it and contacting the courier. I recommend them!

I love this compound pharmacy. Unlike the previous pharmacy I was using that had frustratingly long hold times, Enovex answers immediately and you can chat with the friendly pharmacists who are always available. I found all the staff to be super friendly and kind. My prescription was delivered for free the very same day that I ordered it. Most importantly, the cost was less than all the other pharmacists I had called. Enovex is a keeper!
