This practice is amazing. All of the staff is so kind and patient. The receptionists practice outstanding customer service. They are always able to accommodate last minute appointments and get me in during my times of need, and they never make me feel bad for my questions or calls. If you have migraines you have to give this place a try!! Lindsey, one of the NPs here, does these trigger point injections that have given me better relief than any other drug or intervention has before. Lindsey has nailed the migraine care, and has provided me with more pain free days than I’ve had in a long time, with specialized and personalized migraine treatment. I’m finally not in daily pain because of this practice and I feel safe and secure getting care here. Dr. Rafii and the medical staff have also gone above and beyond to get me insurance coverage. I no longer stress about having to advocate for my own care, alone, because the team provides such a sense of security.

If you are looking for pain management and/or help with diagnosis due to pain, Dr. Marks and his team, especially Olivia Hubbard, NP-C, are excellent. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They listen empathetically, explain things well and work together to problem solve. They have helped me through several surgeries, two of which were major, and I would have been miserable without their support and expertise. DPC also prescribes medicinal cannabis - there are only two dispensaries here in Austin. They are proponents of this. Dr. Marks and Olivia are continually educating patients of new alternatives to pain management as they arise and always there to listen. I have been a patient for many years, know how pain can be debilitating, and they have helped bring me relief and hope. I am able to continue working and functioning and not have pain controlling my life as much as it would otherwise. I am very thankful to them.
