Very caring, understanding and patient staff. Would highly recommend this clinic to others.
Difficult to deal with. Not a good first experience. It should not be this challenging to get started. Have experience with other clinics where things are much easier and the process is seamless!
I was applying for continuing my Ketamine Therapy in CRTCE, and was interviewed byy Dr. Joan Quinn. I am a medical doctor science 30 years ago and struggle with treatment resistant depression for 25 years . From my perspective Dr. Joan was so calm, detailed oriented , compassionate, and understanding that I have not seen before. At the same time her knowledge and experience about psychiatry was amazing . I really gain hope again to battle this evil depression. Hoped that for the first and last time can defiet this monster. God bless her Bijan
Dr. Raluca Tuineag gave me hope when I was at my lowest. Her professionalism yet compassionate way of listening and planting seeds of Hope during our sessions are dearly missed. If you are ever lucky enough to have her as your doctor/specialist, you are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Raluca for your time and your words of wisdom. You will always be remembered as "the" doctor I felt was the most helpful, knowledgeable and who genuinely cares about her patients' well being. Montreal is lucky to have you.
Dr.Raluca Tuineag was often irritated and unpleasant. I got worst under her care. She seemed to only care about money from her appointments and not about getting her patients better. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who wants to get better.
