Ashley is so Amazing she is always very Kind and Sweet, she works hard to help my chronic pain. I will say at first she seemed errogant, and in a mighty rush, but once you get to know her and her nurses they know you more. She listens to me about all my Lower Back and Neck issues. I came In just yesterday I was locked up like Fort Knox in my Neck & shoulders and when she came in I asked could I please get a trigger injection for that problem. Bless Ashley she went straight out after feeling how locked me neck and shoulders were and she fixed me right up. I want to Thank her Over and over bc I can stand myself today With No major Headache like I had with the lock up and my neck is getting more loose by the minute.. So Ashley I hope you see this. Thank You❤️. I came from PMG off Hickory Hollow exit after many years going there it changed once all the good doctors left. You want some folks to be cold 🥶 they treat you like you are nothing but a herd of cattle you are shoved in and out the doors and they push push procedures on you every month they can. So for warning anyone looking at that place.. I love where I am now They Listen and do their very best to help you.... Thanks for taking me in you guys and Gals 🥰🥰🥰 are GREAT! Dr. Kelly and her Nurse Vanessa are wonderful. They take the time to talk with my husband and offer suggestions on how to help him feel better. They really care about him and his health. Highly recommend them both. +5 stars.

Just want to say how nice it is to be able to speak to Kelly or Vanessa when you call the office. Great service. Don’t get this to much these days with other companies or doctor offices.

I have been a patient at this clinic for years due to my many bone structural issues that cause chronic pain. When Megan was my PA i never had a problem!!! Unfortunately she has left and now I see Ashley. She is ok. Doesn’t have the same soft personality as Megan and I often feel rushed now at my appointments. But today takes the cake!!! I was due to get my monthly pain prescription filled and apparently there is a nationwide shortage through my regular pharmacy. I was not aware until I went to pick up my prescription. So I also didn’t know that since 4/1/23 the clinic implemented a new policy that they will not move your prescription if your pharmacy is out of the meds. Or otherwise send it in to a different pharmacy. I didn’t see Ashley during April like I normally would because I just had Achilles tendon surgery. She agreed to let me have a refill and come back in May for my regular visit. Today when I called Ashley is off! Gabby the nurse told me that I didn’t have a refill on file which was incorrect! Then checked with the provider there today who agreed to send my meds to another pharmacy that actually has my meds! Until Gabby corrected herself telling the provider that I was 3 days post op instead of the actual 3 weeks post op! Then the story changed to they can’t move the prescription per the new policy! So now I’m left to suffer with my surgical pain! I just got my stitches out and in a full boot that I have to wear 24 hours a day except for showering. I even have to sleep in it!! The way that they can make exceptions then take them back and act like they can’t is RIDICULOUS!!! I have in the past told ppl that this was a great clinic with providers who help you with testing, other pain management services besides prescription meds and actually care! But now I will tell ppl to find another clinic! Because this one has gone down hill and don’t really care if you suffer!!!! So sad!!! Just care about your money apparently!! There are other great clinics out there and I’m going to explore my options!
