I got my booster for migraines last two days. After my initial treatment i was intractible migraine free for 4 months. This visit was great. The staff are very personable and professional. Here's to another 4 or more months free!
I am a patient with CRPS. A debilitating nerve condition that is treatable with ketamine. I have had a terrible time finding treatment for this condition. At first everything was good to go and we were ready to start treatment. I was using my regular insurance and they said they would cover it. But then the clinic decided it doesn't take Fed WC which is fine I wasn't paying with that to begin with. So I double checked with my insurance, Fed WC, and a Fed WC lawyer, all of which said that if the clinic did not take WC all they needed to do was call a number to my regular insurance and get preapproval from them. It was that simple. Instead, the clinic flat out refused to simply call the number and said I needed to close my WC case if I wanted to go there at all. Which, if you know anything about WC is extremely difficult and also, a bit dangerous and worrisome with coverage. I would not recommend this office. They are not friendly. They are not helpful. And clearly they know very little about people with chronic pain and depression even though that's one of the things they're claiming to treat. Would not recommend.
I have to say I have been through a lot after my horrible accident years ago and now I'm a patient of Dr.D. and if you know like I know some doctors aren't caring and understanding but this doctor is the best ! He actually listens and find different ways that fits your problem and his staff is amazing! I swear if it wasn't for them and Dr.D. my quality of life would be limited.
Dr. Demangone is a amazing doctor and person. He actually takes the time to listen to your problems and works with you on a solution. He looks at you when you speak to him, not over your head at the clock behind you. He's very laid back and personable, unlike most doctors. He's very intelligent and knows his stuff for sure. He's not just going to guinea pig you with the latest new thing being pushed by the pharmaceutical industry. He's definitely a diamond in the rough.
I began seeing Dr. Demangone in June of this year. He and his staff are so nice, informative, and caring. Judy, Lynn, and one other nurse cared for me. I'm sad I don't remember her name, but she has beautiful, curly hair. I suffer from RSD and have for almost 10 years now. I highly recommend Dr. Demangone for Ketamine treatment. He has literally changed my life for the better.
