I came into the store today and I was really disappointed in how I was treated by April. I was picking up prescriptions for a client and I accidently provided the wrong birth date. After I did that, she seemed judgemental and suspicious of me as if I was attempting to unlawfully obtain the drugs. All the other information about my client was accurate. Even after my client verified their identity over the phone, April continued to speak to me in a demeaning manner which offended me. I'm not sure if it was because of my young age or something else. Either way, I was very disappointed.

I get one compounded prescription filled through this pharmacy and have no complaints. Getting it delivered to my home is free, the prescription itself is affordable despite not being covered by insurance, and I LOVE that they texted me to initiate the process (I prefer texting over any other contact method).

All I can say is "wow"! These guys are on it, holy cow! I saw my doctor around 9am & she sent over my prescription. I was contacted by ClearSpring before 1pm. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly & answered all my questions. I created an account over the phone, put a credit card on file, & opted to have my prescription mailed to me when ready. My prescription was mailed at NO EXTRA COST, which is amazing. It arrived within less than a week of when my doctor prescribed it! I've never had such a pleasant, quick, seamless & professional experience with a pharmacy before in my life! I'm still so darn surprised! Thank you, ClearSpring!

Almost always great. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because I’ve had a couple mix ups when I needed my Rx mailed to me. But all in all awesome
