Not a safe provider for mental health! ESPECIALLY ADHD... I've been a month without my meds and honestly would not wish this pain on my worst enemy. Things were okay initially, but over this year, they stopped returning calls and voice-mail. I'd have to call multiple times and leave multiple messages over the course of a week to reschedule appts or get medication filled, which is incredibly difficult to stay on top of WITHOUT YOUR MEDICATION. Additionally, it seems they just stopped sending me appt reminders or confirmations. I've finally given up. I can't handle being talked to in a condescending manner by the front office when all I've asked is for them to provide the service I've been paying them for. Shame on you guys for messing with people's mental health while pocketing their money.
Dr. Musgrove is the best! Can't say enough great things about him. It has been a life changing experience as him as my doctor! I cant i you enough Dr. Musgrove.
Was referred here from my NP. Kinda shocked to see less than stellar reviews, but gave them a try. Didn't even get past scheduling an appt. Long wait times on hold, older lady I spoke with about my appt had a rude/condescending tone when I told her I needed an MD, not a PA. Then was told the Dr is not available until after the first of next year. Don't get an attitude with me because I don't know the Dr's availability and bc I have a particular situation that requires an MD.
Front desk staff are absolutely the worst. Providers are fine and easy to get appointment. Just be sure you have the rep send you a link to the online appt before you end the call. If you don't, they won't send anything and then they'll blame you or spout off something ridiculous about how you can access appointments through their website. Send me written instructions or better yet THE LINK, please. Thank you. Worst customer service staff ever.
The 5-stars are specifically for Emily Morris PA. I have been relatively stable in my treatment for years, but when something arises that might set me off course Emily is proactive and open-minded. She gives me options and has never pushed me into any decisions. I feel like she genuinely cares and seems happy to spend as much time with me as needed to make sure all my questions are answered and I feel comfortable/confident in my treatment plan going forward. Aside from Emily, I will say that I have never had a good experience with the front desk/admin staff over the past 6 years I've been a patient. They have over-billed me on multiple occasions, they are difficult to speak with, and generally seem apathetic and unmotivated. But I keep going because I value my relationship with Emily and feel genuinely well cared for, which can be very hard to find.
