This company is a joke. Cedar Psychiatry got bought out by Numinus and now you can’t get ahold of anyone at the front desks, financial offices or a higher up line to complain to. I was seen by Gary Webb at the Springville location and he was the worst kind of person to be a psychiatrist. Judgmental, unfriendly, and the second and last time I saw him he had a student in there with us and she didn’t know how to keep her mouth shut. Find a better Psychiatrist office. Don’t see Gary Webb for sure.
READ ME The doctors are nice. It's is the best place to go to............ If you don't want to receive proper medical care. I called for over a month and couldn't get refills on the most basic medications. I was promised that a doctor would call me. He never called. while I was not doing well and all I got was 2 rude ladies in the after hours number who just repeated to go to the ER. I don't want to go to the ER. I WANT STABILITY AND MY DOCTOR TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND TALK TO ME!!!!! I am giving this place one last try on Monday. I'll let you know how it goes.
I have always been treated with kindness and respect during my time as a patient with Cedar Psychiatry. I can truly tell that the providers I see here have my best interest in mind. I'm always greeted kindly by the receptionist when checking in and have never had issues with anybody being rude. They instead want to help you the best way they can. I'm glad I came here when I did. They have truly helped me to find my true self again.
I scheduled an appointment for July 27th with Cedar Psychiatry. I had to request work off (which was very difficult to do), and I showed up early to my appointment. Their receptionist failed to schedule my appointment properly, and instead of accommodating me, I was told, “Sorry.”
I wasn’t able to make my appointment and i called, and told them what was going on. I left a VM and they then decided to charge me $75 when i have full coverage insurance. They just want your money smh. I appreciate the help with medication but charging me money for no reason is stupid. I’m a student. Straight scam.
