Echoing another review I just read, this place NEVER answers the phone and they don't return calls. Clearly, they don't have a real receptionist. They rely on Google Voice to answer your call. And, no one ever returns it. Really pathetic. In this line of work, they should be ashamed.
Sarah Tatko at Carolina Wellness Psychiatry has been amazing to work with. She is such a great communicator and is always quick to respond to questions we have. She has a wonderful rapport with families and made everyone feel comfortable instantly. We could not recommend her more highly!
In all my experience with therapy, I can say that my experience at Carolina Wellness Psychiatry, specifically with Sarah Tatko, was the best experience I have had to date. Every person I came into contact with here radiated positivity and thoughtfulness. They really care, and they really want to make the world better. I feel lucky to have been treated at Carolina Wellness Psychiatry, and I now look forward to the future. Dr. Bullard has been patient and kind, in getting to know me and what my needs are with medication. In doing so, she has gotten me back on track with a medicine that helps me. Most of the others I have tried, with a previous doctor, did not help and/or have me severe side effects. I really needed her to listen in order to help me get it right, and she did. The results have changed my daily life for the better, as many friends and family have noticed and commented on the change in my demeanor and behavior. Thank you, Dr. Bullard.
Okay, so I'm desperately looking for a new mental health professional in NC (I just moved in) and I found this seemingly awesome clinic, so I started calling them. They did not respond to any of my calls on Friday, Saturday, or even Monday! What an awful first impression. I decided to give it a second chance by going all the way to their clinic in person (really hard to find by the way), only to find absolutely no one there. Is this some kind of joke or something? Because I don't get it. They have this pretty website and all these nice reviews, and it all points out to a high-level clinic, but it seems like they doesn't even exist. If they do exist, then shame on them, this is no way to treat potential patients who they should know are especially vulnerable. Don't even bother trying with this clinic, it's a waste of time and energy.
