I started ketamine infusions at CAREolinas and went all in with 6 infusions over 3 weeks. The series is recommended as a starter treatment, gradually increasing (and/or adjusting) the dose per each individual, their history and experience, this being thoroughly explained to me by the staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It feels like a home now. Before I even started the infusions, I had so many questions and some concerns that I wanted to voice, plus time to just think and make a decision. Stephanie was there every single step of the way; she never got inpatient and not only addressed all my questions and concerns, but provided a wealth of information and a ton of advice and recommendations based on experience. I was guided through the entire process, from what to expect, how to make the most of each session, to payment and financing, and everything in between. Though I had support outside of the facility, I felt and continue to feel blessed to have a whole team by my side. They also have way more than just ketamine, like vitamins and weight loss options. I had my own private room to relax in while going through the infusions. The entire space is clean and cozy! I was offered a small snack or beverage afterwards. I was encouraged to bring my own blanket or play music to feel at-home. If I didn't bring something, they had blankets, pillows, and more to make me feel comfortable. I am honored to have been able to meet so many great people! We laugh and talk, just like we have known each other for years. I always feel welcomed and cherished. After each visit, I received a follow up, just to check on me and see how I was feeling. I was never pressured to continue receiving treatment. There were times when I was discouraged, and I had the freedom to feel how I feel, without judgment. I was encouraged and felt uplifted having lovely people here rooting for me and supporting me through everything. The ketamine treatment is an unpredictable journey, each session different from the last. I plan to continue the process and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to continue the journey anywhere but here. I recommend CAREolinas 1000x over. I truly am grateful that in my research I decided to visit!

Had an absolutely amazing experience getting an IV infusion. Each room is decorated so beautifully with a relaxing ambience. Feels like a spa experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Staff are very knowledgeable and take good care of you during your time there.

I’ve now received my first ever infusion treatment and I loved it! In two days time I felt truly rejuvenated. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable of their product and completely open in detailing the ways that it would affect the body. I proceeded Botox treatment for the first time, as well, and was amazed at how quickly and flawlessly the process was performed. The results left me with a very natural and brightened treatment area and I will certainly be back to maintain the fresh look and feel I received from CAREolina Wellness and Infusion!

Excellent service - highly recommend! I went into my first infusion groggy and beat down from a few nights of poor sleep and running around. As the infusion started, I felt more energized and overall better. I did the basic Meyer’s Cocktail and there was a mild after-taste sense that occurs since it’s packed full of the good stuff (vitamins), but the clinic is stocked with snacks and drinks to take care of it. The rooms are decorated nice and cozy like a living room setting with tvs to relax. I’m so thankful for this clinic being close by and can’t wait to come back!
