I’m so glad I found Care First! Naturally my Rx is not covered by insurance, and as much as I would like to “shop local,” it simply isn’t economically feasible. I have used CareFirst for one of my “maintenance” compounded medications. I am VERY pleased with the customer service, and the quality of the medications. If I ran into an issue, it was very quickly resolved. All of the staff are professional, and friendly :) I have one suggestion: I use the automated refill submission line when I call in my refills. It would be very helpful if I received confirmation texts saying that your pharmacy received my refill request from the automated line… just for peace of mind, on my end, assuring that the refill actually did go through. Maybe consider adding more detailed rx updates via text at different steps in the filling process, to make patients feel more involved in their care. For example: your ***** is currently being compounded and is being prepared for the filling process, your ****** is filled and being verified by our pharmacists… etc.
