My husband is the one who goes to Bloom Health for ketamine. I go with him for his treatments, so I get to be there in real time for all the action. I sought out IV ketamine treatments for him after esketamine had failed. It has been a night and day difference. After years of chronic med resistant depression, he has had relief for the fist time. Dr. Brovont and his staff are amazing. So kind and knowledgeable. I love that they truly make each session a peaceful and safe experience. I picked Bloom Health because other offices I called couldn’t even answer basic questions about the process. When I called Bloom, the nurses who answered the phone were very knowledgeable. A little bit after the call, Dr. Brovont himself called me back to make sure I had all my questions answered and concerns addressed. My first treatment was so transforming. I was quite anxious going in but Dr. Brovant and his nursing staff instantly put my fears at ease. The environment is so relaxing. It almost felt like an entire spa day tied up into a few hours. I didn’t know exactly what to expect but I left so relaxed and at peace. Last week I began the series of ketamine infusions to help with my anxiety, after no medication seemed to work. Prior to my first treatment I was very nervous and Dr. Ray Brovont and his staff were extremely comforting and kind, making the experience very positive. Today I finished my third treatment, and I can already tell that my mind is more calm and at ease. I look forward to finishing the treatments!
