When I started treatment I had been living with depression for 30+ years and on meds that did almost nothing. I was an angry person. My moods ranged from mildly annoyed to downright hostile from the moment I got up in the morning until I went to bed. I was nervous starting this therapy but Robin put me at ease and so did the whole vibe in her studio. It's beautifully done. She walked me through the whole process thoroughly beforehand so I would know what to expect. She also will do some optional energy work to relax you before the ketamine if you'd like and if you don't she's not going to be insulted by it. Getting the treatment is just such an awesome experience. You have the headphones on, this beautiful music, an eye mask, a blanket if you choose to have one and you just relax into it. Breathing. Setting your intentions. By my 3rd treatment I started noticing a difference. Every intention I set was making a difference along with the ketamine. I had my 6th and final treatment for awhile a couple days ago. It didn't go as expected but Robin was right there calmly bringing me back. It may not have been what I expected but it was exactly what I needed and what I asked for in my intention. Robin then said something very funny after and I laughed hysterically and I really needed that. She has a great sense of humor. The benefits I've noticed are that I am infinitely more patient, which is just amazing. That alone cuts the anger down to almost nothing. I'm more compassionate, I'm less rigid and more open to change, I've let go of a lot of resentments and a lot of fear. That's a lot in just a few weeks time. I'd recommend Robin and Awaken to anybody! She has an energy about her that's incredible.
