I have been with this company for awhile but there has been a few mix ups. I received the someone elses prescription once, they sent me the wrong one from what I requested and the latest is that they closed for 2 weeks at Christmas without a message on the recording or notice so when I reordered I ended up running out. So when they get it right they are a 5 but the times they have not been it definitely effects me.

Pretty awesome place. As soon as you call, you're talking to a live person. No long hold times, no robo operators. I had a Sports Medicine cream prescription that needed to be made by a compounding pharmacy. Although the whole team is great, the pharmacist, Neema, is exceptional. He actually takes the time to explain how things work, how to use my cream and just truly cares. You could just tell. The process is so professional and efficient. I had my script delivered to me in 2 days and the product really helps! Oh and they offer free overnight shipping. Not taking my prescription anywhere else. This place earned it!

I do not typically write reviews but the service was so extraordinary my sense of justice prompted me to write one. Firstly, the pharmacist, Neema took the time to discuss different compounding options with me regarding my thyroid medication on the phone. He was very patient, kind, and eager to please. He compounded a custom T3 medication for me free of dyes and other fillers. Later, I called at 11:00 p.m. at night on a Friday or Saturday and to my surprise, Stephanie picked up the phone! I was amazed as I had just planned on leaving a message. At that point, she spent 30 minutes discussing not only my thyroid medication but also just listening to me. She was so kind, humble and accommodating. There have been several instances where I ran out of my T3 medication and Neema was quickly responsive in compounding my medication at the last minute and sending it out ASAP. I cannot recommend American Integrative Pharmacy highly enough.

I use American Integrative Pharmacy for filling my compounding perscriptions and they have been nothing but wonderful. Everyone there is so helpful, and they get prescriptions filled so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up one morning to find my perscription delivered to my front door free of charge when my doctor had called the new prescription in just the night before. I highly recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

I started my health journey with AIP and another Compound Pharmacy back in 2016. Within my first year, I fully migrated over to AIP. The other company made several mistakes that were not acceptable. Nima, Maggie, and Stephanie are like a part of my family. I love how they know who I am when I call monthly for my refills. Nima has taken the time to educate me further about my medication and is always helpful when I have a question or concern. Maggie is supportive and helpful when I place my orders, and she always takes the time to see how I am doing. The several times that I have interacted with Stephanie, she was delightful and helpful. I spend well over $200 a month on my medication that helps me to live a normal healthy life. So, I need to ensure that I am receiving a quality product at an affordable price.
