My son comes here for pain management and has seen both Dr Fisk and Dr Julian. They and the nurses are very compassionate. The doctors have a great deal of experience and have helped manage his pain with 2 procedures. I will give a shout out to Maria. She asked not just how my son is but how I am, his mother and caregiver. I nearly cried. Chronic pain causes the patient and family to feel invisible. But at Acute Pain Therapies we know we are being seen as individuals needing help. To all of you, doctors, nurses, office staff, our most sincere thank you. You are the best. You lift our burden each time we come.
Dr. Jennifer Lee and her staff are so dedicated and caring in hopes of being pain free. I have been to other places but the atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door, you feel the healing begin. Dr Lee listens and she gave me options to suit my needs. Needles to my neck were painful before so I was offered sedation. I am so thankful I found her.
The treatment is life changing for me. I responded so fast and exactly how they described the process would work. The medical staff is very professional and incredibly so kind while treating me. The office is impeccable- clean yet comfortable. I would absolutely recommend to all my friends and loved ones to be treated her.
8/8/23 Update on review below: Dr. Fisk and his team at Acute Pain Therapies personally stepped in to resolve all billing issues. I appreciated their kindness and persistence. 7/12/23 Review: While the medical staff was nice, in the end, the treatments did not work for us. In addition, billing comes from "Sound Pain Alliance". Despite paying all bills in full for 6 months after treatments, I continue to received additional charges and statements, none of which reflect my prior payments. (Although the checks were cashed and I'm assured by phone the payments were credited.) After weeks of phone calls and letters, no one associated with Sound Pain Alliance can show me an accurate summary of charges or of my payments.
Dr. Julian has provided me with consistently great care. She’s very knowledgeable and supportive. She offered additional information about another treatment that we tried and she supports my ongoing needs. Her office was also very responsive when my insurance changed and additional information was required for care and coverage. I’m thankful that I was referred to her and her office.
